At Ssjewlers, each piece is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards. As a result, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can review your case.

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and original packaging showing the issue

Reports made after the 24-hour window may not be eligible for review. We reserve the right to determine whether a replacement, store credit, or other resolution is appropriate based on the circumstances.
